JW Corporation – RD, Ruba Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Zonal Compliance – Field professionals to join its team across the Central and North regions. This is a field-based compliance role responsible for monitoring branch-level financial and operational controls and ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor branch financial and operational compliance, including cash, deposits, inventory, reconciliations, sales, collections, GRNs, and stock transfers.
Conduct planned and surprise branch visits to verify cash, inventory, cheques, expenses, assets, documentation, and SOP adherence.
Review internal audit and CRM findings and identify control weaknesses, operational risks, policy violations, and potential fraud.
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified compliance issues.
Review customer documentation, security records, branch expenses, and supporting documents.
Prepare visit reports, exception reports, compliance reports, and dashboards.
Supervise and provide functional guidance to Compliance Managers.
Support implementation of new systems, controls, and process improvements across assigned branches.
Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional discipline.
Travel extensively across assigned zones for branch inspections and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, branch operations, finance, controls, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation, internal audit, and branch operations.
Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify control gaps and irregularities.
