IT Business Analyst

Jubilee General Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced and analytical professional for the position of IT Business Analyst at its Head Office in Karachi.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, System Implementation, or Project Delivery. Candidates with experience in insurance or software houses are preferred, while experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries will be considered an advantage.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements, analyze processes, support system implementations, and contribute to technology-driven business improvements.

Preferred Background & Experience:

• Relevant experience in Business Analysis and/or IT.
• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, system implementation, or project delivery.
• Candidates from insurance companies or software houses are preferred.
• Experience in General Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Experience working with technology teams and software vendors is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
