Area Manager North

MCB Exchange Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager North to lead business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive performance across branches and booths in the Islamabad territory. This is a senior leadership role responsible for achieving revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Revenue Targets: Drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and business partners to enhance market share.
• Customer Service Standards: Promote and maintain high standards of customer service across all branches and booths.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and motivate branch teams to achieve business objectives and agreed KPIs.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate branch-wise business performance, identify performance gaps, and recommend appropriate improvement initiatives.
• Compliance & Operations: Monitor operational performance and ensure full compliance with SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) rules, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications (MBA, M.Sc.) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the currency exchange, banking, or financial service industry.

Core Competencies:

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, performance monitoring, team coaching, and achieving business targets.
• Sound knowledge of currency exchange procedures, cash handling practices, and basic financial controls (highly advantageous).
