Trade SRM, Trade RM, Trade Officer - OG-III and OG-II

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage trade customers, including exporters, importers, manufacturers, and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective trade customers.
• Achieve assigned trade business, revenue, deposit, and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the trade customer portfolio.
• Promote relevant trade finance and digital trade solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and delivery of trade transactions.
• Monitor customer needs and provide appropriate trade-related solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Trade Finance, Digital Trade, Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, or Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of import/export transactions and trade finance products.
• Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop new relationships and grow existing portfolios.
• Relevant banking qualification/degree will be preferred.
