T24 Application Administrator

Samba Bank is seeking a skilled T24 Application Administrator to join its technology team at the Head Office in Karachi. The role will be responsible for supporting and administering the bank’s T24 core banking application, ensuring system availability, smooth application operations, issue resolution, and coordination with relevant technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the T24 core banking application.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve T24 application-related incidents.
• Coordinate with IT, business, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Support application upgrades, patches, configurations, and system changes.
• Maintain appropriate application documentation and operational records.
• Support testing and deployment of application enhancements.
• Monitor application-related controls and ensure compliance with established IT policies.
• Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Provide technical support for business-critical banking operations.
• Perform other T24 application administration and support activities as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant experience in T24/Temenos application administration or core banking systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of banking application environments and IT operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a banking technology environment.
