PureLogics is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects and technical teams in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical project management, software development, Python, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical projects, coordinating development teams, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning technical execution with business objectives. Practical understanding and application of Generative AI (GenAI) is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end software development and technical projects.
Plan project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and milestones.
Manage and coordinate technical teams, including software developers and other engineering resources.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure effective project execution.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical project plans.
Leverage knowledge of Python and software development processes to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
Apply GenAI concepts and practical solutions where relevant to project development and delivery.
Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
Strong understanding of Python, programming, and software development.
Strong experience managing technical/software development teams.
Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Mandatory Agile and PMP/Project Management certification.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Practical understanding and application of Generative AI (GenAI).
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
