Business Lead – Pakistan FinTech

A growing FinTech organization is seeking an experienced Business Lead – Pakistan FinTech to manage local business partnerships, technology vendors, payment channels, regulatory and data-compliance requirements, and operational initiatives in Pakistan.

The successful candidate will work closely with local financial and technology service providers, negotiate commercial agreements, coordinate integrations, and support the successful testing and launch of critical FinTech services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with local credit bureaus for credit-data integration.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and review relevant agreements.
• Manage vendors providing KYC services, including OCR and liveness solutions.
• Coordinate with call-line, SMS gateway, payment aggregator, and local cloud service providers.
• Negotiate commission fees for collection and disbursement payment channels.
• Follow up on integration testing and coordinate go-live activities.
• Manage sender-ID masking registration.
• Ensure compliance with local data requirements, including the requirement for user data to be stored on Pakistan-based cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate with relevant local partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Handle other business and operational assignments as directed by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in FinTech, digital financial services, banking, payments, lending, or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and agreement review.
• Understanding of payment channels, KYC technologies, credit data, and financial technology ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and operational activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Pakistan’s FinTech and digital financial services landscape will be an advantage.
