Eila Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading client for the position of Manager – Payment Operations in Lahore. The role is suited to an experienced payment operations professional with strong expertise in fintech, banking, remittance, payment processing, and operational optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payment operations, managing Payin/Payout processing, payment gateways, bank and PSP integrations, reconciliation, process automation, and operational improvements. The role will also involve team leadership, KPI management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ensuring effective operational controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Payin and Payout processing operations.
Oversee payment gateway operations and bank/PSP integrations.
Manage reconciliation processes and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Lead process automation and system improvement initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency, optimization, and continuous process improvements.
Manage teams and monitor operational KPIs and performance.
Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, PSPs, payment partners, and technology teams.
Support regulatory compliance and operational risk management requirements.
Analyze operational performance and develop improvement strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
6–8+ years of relevant experience in Payment Operations, FinTech, Remittance, Banking, or related fields.
Strong experience in Payin/Payout Processing, Payment Gateways, Bank/PSP Integrations, and Reconciliation.
Proven experience in Process Automation, System Improvements, and Operational Optimization.
Experience managing teams and driving operational KPIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Risk Management, Operational Controls, and Regulatory Compliance is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
