Officer / Executive / Senior Executive – Finance

Vital Petroleum Private Limited is hiring Vital Champions for multiple positions within its Finance and Accounts function in Lahore. The opportunities are available at Officer, Executive, and Senior Executive levels, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reconciliations and reporting, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, receipts, payments, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and verify financial documents, vouchers, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, PRA/SRB, and FBR reporting.
• Prepare periodic financial, receivables/payables, collection, and reconciliation reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, banks, tax authorities, and auditors.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.

Education Requirements:

• 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA Finance will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts, depending on the position and level.
